In our second show from the annual food and wine festival at the luxurious Capella Pedregal resort in Cabo San Lucas on the Pacific coast of Mexico, we poke around beyond the Texas-born and Texas-connected celeb chefs doing guest stints this year – to taste what the resort itself cooks, pours, shakes and stirs. We spend quality time with the resort’s young executive chef (who worked a bit at the legendary French Laundry in Napa) and, during our Grape & Grain segment, taste and talk about some of the creative cocktails guests enjoy here all year long.
